Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.

  Awaiting Approval

  Our technical team will review your request to ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gaming peripheral with all original cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
